Jungo Road is honored to premier to the world – Digital High. Digital High is the new electro house project of the New York City-based international recording artist and DJ known as Wavewhore. With electro house now incorporating harder-edged sounds and dirty basslines, Wavewhore has turned his attention to the genre; Digital High will be used for his 4-on-the-floor electro beats. Have no doubt, the Digital High sound will continue to feature Wavewhore’s signature high energy beats and basslines combined with the quality production and impact that has made his music so popular around the world.

Wavewhore began his career as a guitarist performing in clubs while he was still in high school; his first electronic release dates back to 1992. Times have changed but not his talent. Over the years, Wavewhore has firmly established himself as one of the nation’s leading breakbeat producers with releases on high profile record labels such as Hardcore Beats, Broke Recordings, BreaksFM, Electrofly and Bombtraxx. His cutting edge music has received high level support from many of the top names in the business such as Aquasky, Jackal & Hyde, DJ Icey, The Freestylers, General Midi, The Autobots, and Elite Force.

Wavewhore’s skills behind the decks have also led to headlining appearances across the US and in Europe. Breakbeat Online described him as “NYC’s finest export since the Beastie Boys”. Big name radio also loves him with appearances on BBC Radio 1 London, KISS FM London (Jay Cunning calls him “one of the USA’s finest breakbeat DJ/producers”), WKTU 103.5 FM New York, and Sirius Satellite Radio (Liquid Todd calls him a “breakbeat master”). In New York City, Wavewhore is a resident at the Sullivan Room – one of the city’s premier underground dance music venues.
